Right now the Verizon/cellco case is in the Texas south county court
system.(google: Teknowledge,verizon texas courts) they had a meeting
on Dec.28th 2007 before the judge. I am waiting to hear about a jury
date. I believe we will not get that far. Verizon will settle.
remember the company BURST. It was almost BK in 2006 and settled a
patent with Microsoft for 500 Million. I think it will be cheaper for
Verizon to buy out TEKC in the long run. Many believe the patent is
worth about 700 million. the reasons is that the avg. settlement for
the patent is $750,000.00 and TEKC is going after over 900 companys.
they are going after the largest first. They settled with microsoft.
yahoo,AOL. We believe that if TEKC is not bought by Verizon then the
law firm will buy it at .20 cents on the dollar. They will then go
after the companys and keep 100% instead of 30% per case. The compay
is looking to sell it i here. We also have the Northrup client. The
software is worth tens of millions. Google: Northrup G. Corp. then use
there search engine and put in Teknowledge corp. read the PR's as to
what i am talking about here) We have a software called "wrappers"
The goverment is trying it out as i post. It is better than Mcafee,
Norton, and the rest. Go to Google: put in Teknowledge sec filings
2007. read the 2nd Q re****t. Look to the area that talks about the
wrappers. Tekc will be filing with the sec again starting in the 2nd Q
2008. There s so much more. This is not a true penny stock. It is a
company that after 26 years fell on hard times as they were
reinventing themselfs. That time is over. There new product ActionWeb
is out. Also. Semnatic web, we helped invent. We have a patent
pending. do you know who DARPA is?. If not you need to know so you
will see who TEKC is. We did invent the internet along with a very few
other companys. Now we have worked on the semnatic web for over 7
years. Google; DARPA and Teknowledge. You have only a very small
window to get invested in TEKC. Tekc only has 5.7 Million outstanding
shares. 100,000 share of tekc bought will rasie the price $2 it is
that tight. You need to add 5,000 max. because every time you do the
price will go up on yourselfs. You will look back in one year and be
glad you took the risk. If nothing else, watch and kick yourself in
the as's as long as you live for missing out. I think stock will start
to move up more now that Teknowledge mailed out a Proxy to all
shareholders this last friday. Are shareholders meetings are in Aug.
why a proxy in March?. could it be a buyout offer?. we are waiting to
see. . by the way i have no reason to lie to anyone. Check me out.
