My 5.8% fixed rate expires in 5 years. (stated income, principal and
interest)
Principal: 438,000
Value: between 450 and 520,000. (appraised at 490K - 2005 august -
but have since completed a second bath)
Fico: 730
Location: 92116
Also,
I don't have anything to put down but would like still also like to
know the terms if, by miracle, could bring it the principal down to
417k.?
