My wife an I too are considering doing this.

My first seminar I was PO'd about the cost. Then I thought about and
realized that all the courses I've taken in the past had little
monetary up front to get started, therefore no motivation to make it
back.

The reason they hold the $9500 towards the end is that they need the
time to make their point that it is an investment in yourself. If you
really were looking to make a change you would find a way to get the
money.

I suggest contacting the office and setting up an interview. That is
what I did, and afterwards explained it to my wife, and then she
wanted to go to a seminar. Guess my explanation wasn't enough. She
went and is motivated as I am.

I've already called a few realtors, and might go look at a few
properties just to get a feel for it. But I definitely will be taking
the class so that I can get the sup****t, do***ents, mentor and vendor
list.
