InteriorLiving.Com is a totally FREE Real Estate listing site. While
we love Craig's lists and what is does for people. We also find it
difficult to find what you're looking for. Its great but it really
wasn't made for real estate. We're not saying stop using Craig's
list. By all means use every Free site you can.
At InteriorLiving.Com were trying to create a website with the same
purpose as Craig's list but made for real estate. We are constantly
making changes to the site and adding new features. We also expand on
our new features from time to time so if you see a feature like our
open house scheduling this is only the beginning of what we have in
store for that feature.
The site may not be the prettiest out there but we aim to please
search engines more than trying to impress people with flash animation
which are not search engine friendly. Flash pages can actually hurt a
websites ranking. There is much more to having a website on the
internet and expecting people to find it. The site also pushes for
ease of use so at time we try not to overdevelop the site which may
confuse visitors.
Personally I am a top level e-mail administrator/engineer for DOW 100
companies. Companies like Bank of America, Pfizer, Merck, Wachovia,
etc hire me to manage their e-mail systems but I have been a
programmer in other languages for years. InteriorLiving.com is my way
of transitioning from E-mail administrator to a Programmer and
InteriorLiving.com is kind of an online resume to promote myself to a
company on what I can do on a programming level. I learn to program
in another language. It helps me get jobs. You get Free advertising.
