A friend of mine is thinking of buying a piece of property here, but
she is presently living in another state and cannot build a home on
the land for another 7 years.
Another friend suggested that she form an LLC, and have the LLC
purchase the property. Then, she would rent out the 2 car garage (the
only building on the property) for storage of boats or cars.
When my friend moves back here, the LLC would then =93quit claim=94 the
land back to her.
Is this something that can be done legally and with ease? I would
definitely suggest that she use an attorney.
