No one with the sense God gave a gnat. You can do it yourself, it costs
nothing to try. Just make sure you count all your projected costs like
mortgage, PMI if applicable, taxes,insurance, pest control if needed,
termite control if needed, condo fees, POA fees, etc. It's actually
quite simple if you remember to write down each and every expense EVERY
TIME YOU MAKE AN OFFER. Don't buy unless you can cash flow renting it
AFTER all those expenses are paid.
