PREVIEWS 15,000 independent real estate brokerage offices December 18th
1988 et seq, by
PREVIEWS owners and financial partners, Sears Roebuck Company and
Coldwell Banker Company; All brochures are contained in
PREVIEWS six standard file cabinets intact as when trucked to my home by
Coldwell Banker Company at the time of closing the world headquarters of
PREVIEWS in Denver, CO circa June 1st 1989; Brochures are in each's
PREVIEWS original sequential container envelopes, whereas all brochures
are recorded in original
PREVIEWS sequential corresponding index card files; The Smithsonean
Institute has interest in
PREVIEWS' files because PREVIEWS originated the world's first "multi-list"
of real estate via
PREVIEWS' global 15,000 +/- elite, independent real estate brokerage
offices; Whereas,
PREVIEWS also originated the world's first international real estate
brokerage company;
