How many of you are living in a strata units in NSW? If so have you had
problems with your owners corporation who won't undertake necessary
repairs?
There are many problems with strata still to be resolved. I have been
through the mill all the way through the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy
Tribunal to the Supreme Court. Along the way I have found a lot of
problems with the CTTT.
However a recent NSW Supreme Court Decision has made it easier for you.

All Owners Corporations and owners need to know that they can be
personally sued for defects in the common property if they are not
quickly attended to.
