California's perfect weather and beautiful scenery make it a very desirable
state to buy investment property or a dream home. All foreclosures, HUD,
VA, and other government property home lists and listings are represented.
California had the second-highest foreclosure rate in the country. One in
every 204 California households received a foreclosure-related notice.
Foreclosure statistics are pouring in by the thousands. The challenge is
to categorize them and find out the foreclosures haranguing the second
ranking cities. Foreclosure is not a word that any of us wants to even
hear, let alone think about the process happening to us. But, financial
hard****ps may befall the most responsible people and the foreclosure
process may look more and more like it may happen in your life or the life
