Huntington Shorecliffs, Space 41, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Deborah
Lawson-Sisker, my wife, will be the official greeter, but I will be
on-hand

To Whom It May Concern:
As a personal contact/friend, I want you to know that I am back with Mesa
Homes; no longer associated with Claraben/Advantage Homes.
You may already know, I am a manufactured/mobile home owners myself and a
long-time resident of a park in Huntington Beach, California. Likewise, as
the Founding Director of the Manufactured Home Owners Network at
www.mfghomeowners.net, plus, a member of the Huntington Beach Mobile Home
Advisory Board and Senators Correa's Manufactured Home Task Force,
obtaining
my sales license from the Department of Housing & Community Development
(HCD), was a natural enhancement to my endeavors and of major benefit to
you
as well.
As mentioned, I am back with Mesa Homes, for at my age, I have discovered
that the grass is only greener over the septic tank.
Even though I tried Claraben/Advantage Homes for a short time, being lost
in
a totally corporate environment, I personally felt was not a comfortable
fit
for either me or my clients. My opinion is, there is a lot more to selling
any mobile/manufactured home than a simply numbers game. With Mesa Homes,
I
have the ability to develop an open closeness with my clients. After all,
as
a mobile/manufactured home owner myself, I did not want to give up that
one-and-one personal touch that I can bring from Mesa Homes, and at the
same
time, be competitive price-wise from everything from resale's to the
top-of-the-line Hallmark homes.
