Repeated small share sales

I have noted repeated sales of small blocks of shares in the several 
companys, often only 10-100 shares but usually the same size for each 
company. These sales are repeated regularly throughout the day at short 
intervals, say 1 minute apart.

Any ideas whats behind this?
