What theory? Has there been some kind of formula
proffered for the annual global average temperature per ppmv CO2?
Any suggestion that CO2 has the same effects as water droplet
clouds and water va**** is less than scientific, it is laughable.
And that is why the joke worldwide now is, "Of course, this
strange weather is caused by global warming, everything is caused
by global warming".
But frostbite and hypothermia are not funny.
