Sort of like a doctor telling an overweight, chain smoking
60 year old patient "You could have a heart attack"
In fact if the patient visited a number of doctors he would
likely get a consensus opinion that "you could have a
heart attack".
He might best visit a specialist working for the tobacco
industry to get a contrary opinion.
The best thing is to not visit doctors, deny that there
is a likely problem.
