Tasmanian Premier Paul Lennon has the lowest popularity rating
of any Labor politician in Australia today. Thats because Lennon has
screwed the Tamar Valley
with a shonky pulp mill *****sment that everybody knows was written by the
proponent,
and undertaken by a partner of the Finish designer of the mill. How low
can
Labor stoop in their reckless drive to convert all native forest on Crown
Land
into Gunns dividends? Factor-in the largest mass-extinction since the
dinosaurs,
in which Australia is THE world beater in mammal extinctions, and a CO2
output that
is right off the scale, and you have a development that only a lunatic
would permit to proceed.
Garrett thinks he is keeping his vested interests happy but how can he
explain the rivers of
tax dollars flowing to Gunns MIS tree plantations that effectively neuter
a base price for carbon?
How does Garrett explain the lost billions that disappeared as Gunns wood
chip ex****ts increased
while royalties to Australias poorest state declined dramatically?
If you are anybody at all in Federal Labor I challenge you to answer just
ONE of these questions.
If you are Peter Garrett I challenge you to cast your mind back to when
you actually had testicles
and VISIT THE TAMAR VALLEY NOW. Its not good enough for an absentee
environment minister
to attack his fellow Australians life-sup****t systems with the Gunns pulp
mill.
