London climate is not even close to being too warm on average,
but any city could possibly learn how to limit the high peak temperatures
caused by dry UHI days in summer.
It seems odd the AGW crowd comes off as denying UHI, and UHI is
something that could limited where ample water is available to add
moisture to the dry areas, parking lots, roads, building walls and roofs.
