While the picture may
look a little statistically more optimistic for 5-10 years, in the
long run, as those who have made this claim have noted, by about 2020
or so, we will be back where we would have been if this variation in
the thermohaline cycle had not occurred, so this is a time not to ease
back on efforts but to press forward very vigorously with climate
change mitigation efforts.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!
Look here Fran, my agenda-driven, socialist baby.
If those wacko climate models can't get it right for the near future,
(viz: < 10 years),
what makes you so confident they can predict something even further out?
A sane person, or someone without an agenda, would be seriously
questioning the accuracy of these
junk science climate models in light of their inability to reflect
reality.
This is just plain, outright junk science!
Oh, and don't forget those disclaimers ....

And further:
Climate model responses are most uncertain in how they represent
feedback
effects, particularly those dealing with changes to cloud regimes,
biological effects and ocean-atmosphere interactions. The coarse spatial
resolution of climate models also remains a limitation on their ability
to
simulate the details of regional climate change. Future climate change
will
also be influenced by other, largely unpredictable, factors such as
changes
in solar radiation, volcanic eruptions and chaotic variations within the
climate system itself. Rapid climate change, or a step-like climate
response
to the enhanced greenhouse effect, is possible but its likelihood cannot
be
defined. Because changes outside the ranges given here
