  Why do you see the slight global cooling of 60 years ago a "big problem"

for the current observation that the globe has been rapidly warming since 
that time, and far exceeding the slight cooling that occurred?

  You were told the mechanism.  The mechanism was reduced sunlight
reaching 
the surface of the earth as a result
of the suspension of particles of SMOG (sulphate particulates primarily)
in 
the air.

  You seem to be trying to conflate the currently observed warming with
the 
minute cooling that occurred in the 40's.
