Ball is far more qualified than Gore is to evaluate the scientific
evidence....
Al Gore's environmental documentary An Inconvenient Truth contains nine
key scientific
errors, a High Court judge ruled yesterday.
The judge declined to ban the Academy Award-winning film from British
schools,
but ruled that it can only be shown with guidance notes to prevent
political indoctrination.
In the documentary, directed by Davis Guggenheim, the former US vice
president
and environmental activist calls on people to fight global warming because
"humanity
is sitting on a ticking time bomb".
But Judge Michael Burton ruled yesterday that errors had arisen "in the
context of
alarmism and exaggeration" in order to sup****t Mr Gore's thesis on global
warming.

The Truth About Al Gore's Film: An Inconvenient Truth
Former Vice President Al Gore has long argued that human activities -
primarily the burning of fossil fuels - are causing the Earth to warm
significantly,
with potentially catastrophic results. His most recent attempt to
persuade the
general public of his view is a movie and companion book entitled An
Inconvenient Truth.
Most of the material in the movie is not new. It is largely based on a
slide show
Gore has given more than a thousand times to audiences around the world.
Gore has persistently erred in his presentation of climate science for
years;
unfortunately, he has not taken this op****tunity to correct his errors.
The movie is filled with misstatements, half-truths and verbal sleights of
hand
concerning what we can and can't say with some level of certainty
regarding
the causes and consequences of climate change.
