1992. Our corporation is in good standing and is privately held.
We are owners and distributors of special interest programs sold on
video and DVDs. Topics and titles range from A to Z.
We have monthly purchase orders from most of the largest national and
international customers including stores, libraries, distributors,
chain stores, catalog firms and other resellers. We also sell direct to
customers via multiple websites.
Our major online resellers are; Amazon.com, eBay and NetFlix. We are a
member of the BBB and VSDA as well as other national business related
trade associations.
On going business, equipment, customer base and inventory offered for
$5 million net. Purchaser may buy part equity and option balance to be
purchased within 3 years to 5 years. Owners and management will stay
to assure continuing operations. Majority owner is planning to retire
in a few years. Part equity with options requires $250,000 down payment
and owner will carry balance for up to 5 years. Other arrangements
and/or equity positions will be considered.
Sales are averaging $55,000 monthly. Assets are $4 million+/-
Liabilities are less than $25,000.
