I just noticed that Vanguard had filed to offer a Global Index Fund.
Management fees are estimated to be .45 with an extra one-time .15
"purchase fee" applied to new (non-ETF) shares.
I'm not crazy about the extra .15, but even after adding it in the
total expense is ultra low, in fact I have not seen a global lower.
Of course, the fund comes under my rule "Once everyone starts offering
these things, the party is about over."
