Hello - I am trying to get a loan for a house. I have very good
credit, and solid income and solid work history.
What I am wondering is which institutions typically charge the least
in Loan fees. I already checked with Wachovia, and have a good faith
estimate from them. But before I try 2 or 3 others, I figured I would
ask for some of your recommendations.
