We are thinking of purchasing a different home and would like to
investigate some distressed situations in the area.
Wall Street Journal had an article that mentioned locating an REO
specialist in the area to assist us.
I am sure everyone of the real estate agents I would call would say
they are REO specialists (as well as luxury home specialists, sellers
agents, and anything else I'd ask for) So, how do I go about finding
someone who truly specializes in this field? Internet seraching has
proven to be of not much help here.
