I've been in compliance with a mortgage and RE company in San Diego
for a number of years and I'm also a licensed LO and RE agent in CA.
All that to say, I've come across a lot of companies and individuals
promising some formula to make people weathly through real estate
investment. However, I ran across a company recently that I think
takes the right approach. In addition to providing their people with
access to a database of properties (many of which the company aquires
through forclosures so they are just sitting there with thousands of
dollars in equity already), they teach people the right ways to attain
these properties, and then they have a division that manages the
properties so the investor doesn't have to worry about tennants and
all the headaches that go along with that. Anyway, it peaked my
interest so I thought some of you might find it interesting as well.
