Are there any Pennsylvania or Maryland folks in here actively
investing in Real Estate using the Real Estate Riches system?
This is the system that has the free workshops every month and was
started by Jeff Rubin a few years ago.
Chad Cassner and Scott McDonald run the Pennsylvania and Baltimore
investing operation

I am asking because I went to one of their free workshops in Maryland
and the business model that they explain makes a LOT of sense so I am
thinking of pursuing this.
However, I sure would like to hear from some of the 'students' about
their successes/failures with this investing program as well as any
opinions on whether this is real or not.
That is because my 'guard is up' due to a few things that just don't
seem right.
For instance, they stress heavily that everything is free, there is no
course to take and they even say that some of their 'students' (their
term) started with NO money.

"At Real Estate Riches,we give the information away at no charge. We
do not have a course to sell. If, after our workshop, someone is truly
motivated and wants us to personally help them apply what we teach,
they can then request further assistance in the form of personal
mentoring."
I found out at the free Workshop that there is actually a Course to
take and it is NOT free.
The free Workshops run about 3 hours and near the end , they inform
you that if you like what they have told you and you want to pursue
this venture with them, you need to take a 3 day class with their
mentors and it costs $9500
Also,They will personally mentor you for 90 days as you do some real
estate deals.
I can understand that it should cost money because this is a 3 day
class which requires the Real Estate Riches Mentors to spend 24 hours
of their time teaching and working with you. There are expenses
incurred running Real Estate Riches : the rent on the office they have
in Towson,the rent of the hotel conference rooms for the free
workshops,their website which has all the information you need,etc.
Questions :
Why is the fact of the $9500 cost kept so =A1=A5close to the vest=A1=A6
?
Why do they wait until almost the end of a 3 hour workshop to tell you
about this 3 day course and that it costs $9500?
Why is there so little information about the Real Estate Riches
system?
Google turns up nothing (beyond their website address) about this in
either the Web or Usenet. It will now of course=83=BA
Why do they say some of their students started with NO money yet
somehow managed to come up with $9500 ?
As I said in the beginning of this post, I think that Real estate
Riches makes a lot of sense and I am thinking about spending the
$9500 to get going with this BUT I sure would like some more
information from folks that do not have a vested interest in this.
