Hello - I am new to home buying, and don't have many opinions to work
with, other than my realtor.
Is anyone out there familiar with whether I should be alarmed by the
prior existence of mold in the main bathroom? I was told that it
happened in 2005, due to water from the shower leaking onto the floor.
The owner said she had the mold removed (and hasn't had any problems
since) and had the flooring redone.
Should I be alarmed by this, or avoid buying this home? Is this
reason to drop the price of the home down a couple of percentage
point?
