Thanks for posting this.  Anoher good analysis of the economic warfare
waged by rich countries against poor ones under the guise of "economic
science" is "Superimperialism" by Dr. Michael Hudson.  John Perkins's
"Confessions of an Economic Hitman" gives a more concrete treatment.
