As y'all should know, I've been very high on selective REITs for a few
months now. I heavily weighted them in mid Jan. and they have since
pushed
me into the green YTD despite this difficult market. This article looks
at
the sector from a TA perspective. I seldom buy anything based on a TA,
but
thought I would share the article for those who do. Note that the author
indicates that REITS come in various flavors. I picked mine based on
little/no exposure to subprime and having a high yield that is likely
sustainable. I believe these to be low risk with a strong possibility of
making large profits i.e.. regain their earlier highs.
