Remember the days when TV shows had tobacco sponsors?  At a recent family 
gathering, my cousins and I were discussing the bad old nicotine days (we 
all lost parents through smoking related illnesses) and we came up with
this 
trivia quiz.

(1) Who was the tobacco auctioneer who ended the commercial with the
words, 
"Sold American!?"

(2) Which cigarette featured the Micronite filter?
