Good for them, it means that the employees are not being robbed by the
fraud 
of  the Social Security program.

Guess what?  Every person who makes their living by trading their own
money 
in the markets pays no payroll taxes because it is all capital gains and 
losses. No earned income, no stinking FICA payroll taxes.
