be good news indeed!

BTW, what's with the Amsterdam listing.  Is Carlyle like the pseudo-US 
companies like KBR and Halliburton that hide out in foreign countries 
and suck off the US gov't tit?  If so, I hope the gov't would cut the 
bastards off from all gov't contracts.
