Umm... fellas... BSC 's High-Grade Structured Credit Strategies
Enhanced Leverage Fund, as of Apr. 30, 2007, was already down a
whopping 23% for the year.

Then, in March 2008 the securities law firm of Klayman & Toskes
announced that it wass still accepting claims against Bear Stearns on
behalf of investors around the world, who sustained losses in the High-
Grade Structured Credit Strategies and High-Grade Structured Credit
Strategies Enhanced Leverage Funds.

Combined, the Bear Funds had investor capital of about $1.56 billion.
With this capital, and additional leverage taken out on the capital,
Bear Stearns bet heavily on the market for subprime mortgages and
invested in thinly traded collateralized debt obligations.

Its gamble turned out to be wrong.

Investors sued.

BSC tanked as investors ran for the exits.

"Doom and Gloomers" had naught to with that.

..
..

If you want to blame this mess on unpatriotic 'doom & gloom' left wing
socialist America-hating sleeper cell agents bent on spreading a
negative whisper campaign because they hate the USA, I suggest you
unplug Fox Business News, get your heads out of your ***** (exception
granted to Comix: his is permanently stuck and he will require
abdominal sight-glass surgery.), quit trying to cast this as a
partisan political issue, and OPEN YOUR ****ING EYES.

We are ALL being preyed upon by rich and powerful individuals who have
money and political clout to manipulate markets and government
institutions.

So get your facts straight, for starters.
