We are stalled in our project. That is to roll out a service over the
net to all schools, targetting Malaysian schools for start. The
service will assist schools manage student discipline. Our approach is
very practical and all teachers will find it most time saving and
efficient in handling student indiscipline. We have developed (a to-be
patented) concept of defining indiscipline that will result in the
emergence of a user-created database of the whole school system. It is
innovative and might we say even brilliant!. There are 5 million
school children in Malaysia. We are looking at no more than RM1.00 per
student per month. We are excited by the potential as we can modify
the program to suit almost all types of schools. We are looking far
beyond Malaysia! We have spent 5 years and about RM350K to come to
where we are. We are exhausted, travelling up wrong alleys and
sidetracks. Now the vision is clear. But we are short of money. We
plan to outsource the work, build a small "home-team" to piggy-back
the outsiders. We need to buy some hardware, some software licenses;
some for genral management and a 2-man marketing team. If you have
money to finance the above - about RM250 - 300K - we can travel the
rest of the way together.
