buy land in outskirting areas, build low end trailer parks., and tent
pads with hook ups.
and a motel with 100 sq ft rooms, toilet, shower, sink, tv, micro frig
etc and bunk...that would fly even in decent times.
150 dollar a nght hotels? forget it, not enough well off folk to
pick up the tab.... stock? a few will do well, most will tank in
termsof inflation adjusted dollars.
buying an margin and timing that will be too risky for all but fed and
some corp insiders and their buddys..those cant miss of course.
