Yesterday's price action in the stock market indicates at least a
short term bottom is in place. Whether this rally leads to a new bull
market or is just a bear market rally will not be known until either
the old highs are taken out or the recent lows are taken out.
However, I would suggest that based on the price action of the last
week, it is safe to at least dip your toes in the water. For more
