yeah, hundreds. Hundreds of kilo bars, 10 oz bars and 100 z bars.
too old and feeble to do the 1000.
They cannot be extruded, must be poured as part of the refining
process
and no bar is ever exact, slight overage usual, ditto gold, plat
palladium.
I have handled thousands of bars and may as well give the following
"primer' on buying and holding gold and silver:
Buy only "KNOWN" bars or coins, always check quick with a magnet and
a
jewelers acid kit. In Canada The Bank Of Nova Scotia is the prime
source
and market maker, expensive yes, but getting ripped off costs even
more.
Depending on markets, the bank may 'lease' the bullion from you and
pay
a lease rate (as high as 12% on plat & palladium- - as low as 1.5% for
gold or silver). You can arrange to have the premium paid in metal.
Kitco.com is a fair source for purchases or opening of holdings
accounts.
