Could someone please explain to mewhy Goldman&Sachs, Barclays, USB,

I dont know much about the stock market nor how it exactly works. Im
just a real estate investment consultant for Northeast Brazil from
Chicago and now living in Brazil.

This information that im asking for is very im****tant to me.

P.S.>Also, why did Samuel Zell liquidify most of his assets and put
them in a couple construction companies in Brazil? Why to heck is
Donald Trump building golf courses in the Northeast of Brazil? Im
pretty sure he has more prestigious places to go......
