I have been pep sprayed (long story, up here anyone LEO has to be
sprayed & after my time tased so they have respect for what they are
di****ng out...IMHO a dam good practice).

We in canada used to train front line officers to use force as a last
resort, the taser 'salesmen' are x military and LEO which glam
 use of force.  Sad.

IMHO the addition of female LEOs together with ethnics (oritentals)
too phys
small to 'manhandle' (not knocking senseless, phys intim is an
im****tant tool) has caused the overuse/depend on tasers, pep spray
should have been used on the girl depending on proximity to other
youth.  (Pep spray will clear a large room.)

I never second guess what someone else has done in fear of his or
her own safety.  Weak links have a way of resolving themselves and
this might be an example of just that.  No one knows what he or she
will do when placed in that position, all the traing on earth don't
amount to **** when emotions snap.
