Silver for Actual Delivery Still Unable to Deliver ??? anyone Else???

Was at the BNS yesterday to buy some more silver bullion in 100 oz
bars.

None for delivery, tried to get me to take certs instead.  The account
manager i
have assigned to me explained no one wants to settle silver because
prices are
down????????????

Called the TD, they were nicer (have an account executive there too)
and it
was suggested i buy SLV to lock in price and they will call when the
actual
silver is available again, could be up to 4 months. . . again, no
refiners
want to sell because of prices down in a strong market.

Palladium and plat were just laughed at.  guy at bank said has not
seen any
in over a year, at any price.
