Hello, All!
I get done with my commodity trading early on Wednesdays mostly because
there is
a huge spike in crude at 10:30am due to the release of the inventory
numbers.
It gave me some time to go through the WSJ where I see that an old friend
of
mine has gone public again.
American Water Works AWK, America's premier private water utility is once
again
a public company. Its German parent sold about 1/3 today at $3 below the
intend
offering price at $24. I got in at $23.80. From my reading, the Germans
intend
to completely divest the company before the end of this year.
