Bought a few poly holding tanks to irritate my corns later
in the year (flooding right now) and the manu said sales
going thru the roof as everyone is planting a garden in
anticipation of high food costs.
Horses will go on a diet this spring as sweet feed waaaaay
up in price at CO-OP as are all animal feeds. Day old
chick sales way down (see above) and posters at CO-OP
adverting beef/lamb sales five times the norm.
How to play this? After the kill off, hamburg is headed to
$8 /lb as input costs rise.
BTW, last time i raised tomatoes corn and squash was 10
years back.
