Yep, Europe followed up hard also.  We have kind of a different 
situation this time around.  The rest of the world is helping to pull us 
up and keep us out of recession territory.  Very nice of them.  ;-)  And 
it is very good that much of the rest of the developed (and some of the 
developing) world has caught up to us some.  Expect a new "standard" 
level for the dollar against their currencies.  I doubt the dollar index 
will get back to 100 for quite some time and probably never.  Get used 
to a low dollar.  Once the housing problem is cleared out in a couple of 
years, the dollar will probably rise some.
