It is not hard to see that many of the necessary indicators for a deep 
bear market are just not there.  One of them is that interest rates 
remain relatively low.  People and companies around the world that are 
credit worthy can get the credit they need at a decent rate.  Low 
interest debt is what helps to drive progress if used wisely. 
Unfortunately, the US got caught up in using low interest debt not so 
wisely with the subprime slime but it is really a small ****tion when all 
is said and done and we will get thru it.

I think perhaps you pay too much attention to the doom and gloom in the 
news and on this group and don't fully see the bigger picture that is 
going on.  I'm staying pretty much fully globally invested.  Should 
things change, I will let you know. ;-)  The fact that oil remains high 
paints a good picture that the overall global economies are doing just 
fine.  The world is still buying and the US will benefit from that.
