Poor oil bears

Simple logic. Declining production combined with increasing demand
from China and India equals higher prices. What's so hard to
understand about this?

Incidentally, better check what's going on in Russia. For the last 8
years, Russia had been responsible for 1/3 of all the new oil
production. But now, even they are in decline. Uh oh.
