Housing nowhere near the bottom.

Many homes being gutted by disgusted former owners.

Who's going to be able to afford to move in to a house they bought, at
this point (outside of foreign interests)?

Nope.  Nowhere near the bottom.  People waiting for prices to come
down will find more and more of their down payments eaten by
hyperinflation, led by energy costs.
