Real estate runs in cycles.  This is deja vu all over again.   89-90
market peak did not level out (not rising--just stopped going down
monthly!!!) until '98-99.
It leveled for 3 years and started to shoot up in late 2001 with
thanx
to Greenspan and Bin Laden.

I have been thru a few of these cycles and busts, this time i am
selling
out to the bear walls because 10 years to recover is longer than i am
able
to commit.  There is also aging demographics which will see more
boomers seeking hobby farms and cottages.

Bad news, real estate will not recover for 20 years and i think our
paranoid politicians understand this as well.
