William, your problem with counting to four is well documented.  It's
ok.   Really.  I could understand the plight of senile drunks in the
Eastbay where the detox facilities are scarce.

Now, it appears multiplication is troubling you.  In case that cash
register the CIA implanted in your head has the multiplication circuit
disabled, three years is the same as 36 months, not 27 months.  Please
call the CIA for warranty service on the device it implanted in your
head.  I'm sure you will feel better after you make the call.
