they taught me one thing, its easy and inexpensive to brew your own
beer with better than commercial results. . . you can screw with the
hops and sugars to end up with 7.5-8.0% beers that favorably com-
pare to premium ales and lagers from china.
Google do it yourself beer kits, the overspill can be effectively
recycled
using the home still kit, lol.
