I've been trying to patiently explain defamation law to interested
parties here, and one of the clear elements of defamation is that
you must make a false statement about a PERSON (OK, in some
cases, a company or a legal equivalent to a "person"), not a
scampering lil' simian who can't even follow simple instructions
for posting a message to the proper newsgroups...
