Compiling this list canonically could be a chore...even on an
Internet packed with looney retarded racist abusive trolls, he's
a standout. For example, just in the last few hours, we've got

Anyway, as I've done before, I'll break the lists down by both abusive
vulgar harassing behavior, and sheer idiocy (amazingly enough, I think
"Lowbrow" is actually stupider than "BuffyTheProfitHater", but then
when I've tried to quantify this before it's hard to figure out a fair way
of relative scoring that reveals the very tiny differences between
absolute moronitude and the nadir of intelligence).
