Carnaby was on the tail of Israeli Nuclear Spy's and the Mossad was
well aware of this. The Mossad wanted him dead before he was able to
publicly uncover the situation. It was the Mossad that killed him or
had him killed. Carnaby was in fact an FBI agent.
They still do a mighty fine job at pulling the wool over our eyes.
